Team Effectiveness Surveys

Team surveys can help in accelerating team development, in designing team interventions, in team-building training, and in promoting the behaviors that make teams effective. Our questionnaires went through an iterative development process to make them accurate, valid, widely applicable, and insightful. Our assessment platform ensures efficient projects, high standards of data protection, and it also provides the possibility of adding customized questions if needed.

Teams open the boundaries between the "thinkers" (managers) and "doers" of traditional hierarchical organizations. Teams come in many favors, and the most important feature is the degree of self-organization in the team. We offer three standard team surveys with different focus points. All surveys can be further enriched by adding customized questions to address the unique features and the development stages of your teams.

Teamwork Big Five Questionnaire for Hybrid/Remote Teams (TBFQHR)

TBFQHR is focusing on the "universal" behaviors and group dynamics of teams that work in a partly or fully remote model: project teams, departments, management teams, HR, marketing, customer service, agile teams, etc. It is suitable for most teams in companies and organizations that are not fully co-located and team virtuality is adding an additional challenge.

Team-SWOT™

Team-SWOT™ is focusing on the "universal" behaviors and group dynamics of teams that mark team development and team maturity in a wide range of teams: project teams, departments, management teams, executive teams. It is suitable for most teams in companies and organizations.

Remote Team Development Survey

The Remote Team Development Survey (RTDS) is focusing on the unique challenges of managing a partly or fully remote workforce. It is for teams that have a "Team Leader" (manager, project manager) role. It is suitable for all degrees of remote work setup (fully remote, office-first, or remote-first hybrid models). RTDS gives you an opportunity to evaluate the key success factors of remote team performance in your team and organization, identifying the areas of strengths and weaknesses in the team’s and the Team Leader’s behaviorial outcomes and highlighting the improvement opportunities.

Team-SWOT™ New Work

The Team-SWOT™ New Work edition is focusing on the group dynamics in teams with a high degree of self-organization, for example agile teams, teams of co-founders, steering committees, teams of peers. Leadership in such teams is often shared, and the team has a high degree of autonomy. This requires a higher degree of initiative and self-governance from the team members, which is the focus of this questionnaire.
This survey is still in beta version - please Contact Us for organizing pilot projects in your organization.

The collective brainpower of teams far exceeds the ability of individuals, therefore one can see increasingly more management teams, functional teams, and task-forces in most organizations. However, teams don’t function equally well, and it is quite normal for teams to struggle with issues at times. Our team surveys show the way to move forward and accelerate team development by promoting behaviors that lead to high-performing teams.
