You can take an online course and start using OD-Tools (Trait-Map, MQ, EQ-SWOT, OD-Map, Team-SWOT, 360 feedback) at any time. The course consists of three parts: self-paced learning, a test, and an interactive zoom session. The process takes anywhere from two to six hours per tool, and you can start using the tools immediately after successfully completing the course.
